Instructions

Pulse flour, sugar, and salt in the work bowl of a food processor until combined. Add cold butter, and pulse until butter pieces are pea-size. Add cold cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, pulsing just until a dough forms. Turn out dough, and divide in half. Shape each half into a disk, and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or for up to 3 days.
